WEATHER
You’ll get to experience four distinct season here, but nothing too extreme. Our winters are mild, with just 41 days where the lows go below freezing. And you’ll have 221 days without frost, which means a longer season for walking, gardening or whatever else you like to do outdoors.

HOUSING
The cost of living here is very reasonable. A pre-owned home of less than 2,500 square feet will probably run you less than $60,000. And new construction can be as low as $60 a square foot. Apartments are available for between $250 and $400 a month. For those who would like more assistance, we offer the Warren Assisted Living facility and the Wagnon Place Nursing Center.

MEDICAL FACILITIES
Bradley County Medical Center offers a high-level of service including surgery, cardiology, 24/7 emergency care, diagnostic imaging, home health services and more. It has recently expanded its partnership with the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock to connect with physicians using interactive video.
The latest addition to the hospital is its Physical Therapy Unit. Employing two licensed physical therapists, one occupational therapist and two physical therapy assistants, it has an advanced physical therapy gym, four treatment rooms and one OT treatment room.

CHURCHES
A diverse group of faiths are represented in Bradley County, including Baptist, Catholic, Church of Christ, Assembly of God, Jehovah’s Witness, Methodist, Pentecostal, Presbyterian and non-denominational.

DONALD W. RENYOLDS YMCA
This facility was expanded in 2006, doubling in size to 24,0000 square feet. It now offers additional health and fitness machines and includes a first step fitness center for beginners. In addition there are aerobics, swimming, basketball, a large multipurpose room, computer lab and professional staff.

PARKS
Bradley County Park offers hiking, fishing, tennis and two public pavilions. The City of Warren maintains a city park with a walking trail and beautiful gazebo. Moro Bay State Park offers a variety of recreational opportunities such as camping, boating and fishing. Cabins are proposed for the park.

ATTRACTIONS
The Pink Tomato Festival is the event of the year for Bradley County. You’ll find concerts, pageants, a parade, a carnival, games, crafts, food and, of course, our famous pink tomatoes. In 2006, it was named “Festival of the Year” by the Arkansas Festival Association.
The Warren Country Club includes a nine-hole golf course, a lake for fishing, clubhouse, restaurant and swimming pool.
The Bradley County Veterans Museum memorializes all Bradley County servicemen who served in either war or peace. The museum contains reminiscences of Bradley County veterans.
The courthouse in downtown Warren glows with thousands of lights every November and December.
Buck Fever Festival kicks off the white-tailed deer season every November with music, dances, children’s fun and more.
University of Arkansas at Monticello is less than twenty miles away and offers numerous concerts, theatre and visiting lecturers throughout the year.
