TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

Warren is at the junction of US Highways 63 and 278 and State Highways 8 and 189. Warren is strategically located between Interstate 20 to the south and Interstates 30 and 40 to the north. Warren is approximately 42 miles south of new interstate I-530, which connects to I-30 and I-40, major east-west and north-south arteries.

Once they are completed, Warren will be at the crossroads of I-69 and I-530.

AIR

The Warren Municipal Airport a 3,829 ft. runway, offers small jet and other business aircraft capabilities. Paved surface, lighted runway, high intensity approach, fuel services and rest facilities. Charter service: single and multi-engine available.

The Little Rock National Airport is only 92 miles from Warren and offers complete commercial and air freight services.

RAIL

The Union Pacific Railroad is a main line carrier for the Warren, Southeast Arkansas area. Union Pacific has a large intermodal rail facility in Marion, Arkansas therefore providing more efficient service to its Arkansas customers. The Union Pacific system is recognized as one of the safest and most innovative railway companies in the country.

Warren also has the added advantage of short-line rail service. The Warren & Saline River Railroad, which is owned by Potlatch Corporation, services the community of Warren, connecting to the Delta Southern Railroad Company, a short line service that connects to Union Pacific Railroad.
